The potency of this historic, Marathi cilantro variety is a reflection of the strong culture it originated from! The small plants grow fast and produce tender stems, leaves and a taproot that can all be used to add flavor to dishes! Leave the plants to bolt and harvest the delicious seeds , which are sometimes called Bombay coriander, when green or dry!
