Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In case of potential delays in processing your order, we will let you know asap.

Tea Blends-

To ensure freshness and quality, we prepare our tea blends in small batches. Our process includes harvesting the ingredients, shade drying them, and blending them, which can take up to 3-5 days. Therefore, in rare instances, we may take a bit longer to ship your parcel but we will ensure only the freshest product reaches your door!!

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer delivery across India, via India Post's registered post service. Shipping and handling charges are fixed at Rs.70/-. Shipping costs help us cover the cost of using compostable shipping materials wherever possible, labor for packaging, and the actual cost of shipping your order.

Local Delivery

For residents of Pune, a pickup is an option from our center of operations (Located in Undri/ NIBM area). For pickup we advise you to select the offline payment option and inform us about your requirement when we contact you. By doing so we can offset the shipping charges for your order.

International Delivery

We do not offer Internation Delivery at the moment but are working on it as we speak!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or message notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
