Guntur Chilly is a legendary heirloom chilly, originating from the Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh. It is renowned for its superb color and flavor and the ability of the plants to produce comemrcial yields reliably. 
 
Note from Urban Grow Lab:
Our Guntur plants, native to Andhra Pradesh, were quiet during the winter but once the summer heat took over, they began to overwhelm us with chillies. They love the heat. We find this particular Guntur variety to be quite mild and easy to use. Try sun-drying these to use in tadkas and curries.
