We wanted to share some of our favorite leafy green varieties with you, so we have created this combo (available for a limited period) with our favorite varieties at the moment. Each combo pack contains one packet of:

-Komatsuna: Also called Japanese mustard-spinach, this leafy can green be eaten raw or cooked. Its delicious rich taste is complemented by its lettuce-like succulent texture and slight mustard aftertaste. It is extremely productive and doesn't bolt even in extreme heat!

-Egyptian Spinach: Also called Molokhia, this rare variety is treasured by many African cultures. It is a relative of okra and the whole plant is usable. The leaves are rich and creamy spinach substitute, similarly, the pods are used like okra and the long fibrous stems are used to make rope.

-Bulls Blood Beetroot: This heirloom beetroot actually became popular first as an ornamental plant, due to its striking blood-red leaves. The leaves are rich in antioxidants ad minerals and can be used exactly like regular spinach, eaten raw, or added to juices (to turn them blood red!!). The taproot can also be harvested just like regular beetroot, or left in the soil to continue to produce leaves for many months.
