Pink beauty is a brand new variety of sweet potato we bred ourselves by crossing our White Konkan sweet potato and Purple sweet potato! The skin and flesh have a beautiful and unique dark pink coloration, that turn a much deeper color once cooked, and the tubers a creamy and sweet in taste! Amongst the over 15 varieties we bred last year this one was the biggest winner, and we are happy to finally share a limited number of planting material sets with all of you!
