A family favorite variety we have been growing for several years on our farm. The flesh of this pumpkin relative naturally turns into al-dente, vegetable noodles when cooked. It is a delicious, gluten-free, and low calorie pasta substitute that tastes delicious regardless of what sauce itis paired with! As a seasonal winter crop, we have not had the opportunity to multiply it sufficiently to sell so far but upon heavy demand will make a few packets available from our personal seed bank for those who can't wait a whole year to try growing it!
